Scott R. Hays at his sole and absolute discretion shall determine whether any comments, submissions or other Content is offensive, obscene, inappropriate or harassing, and expressly reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to delete, redact, edit or exclude any such submission.


Granting of a License for Content Submitted

By submitting any comments, materials, text, photographs, images or any other form of Content, or by participating in any discussions, chat rooms, Blogs, message boards, forums or competitions from or pertaining to this Site, you grant Scott R. Hays a royalty-free perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, compile, translate, create derivative works from, distribute by any means or outlet, communicate to the public, perform and display any such comments, submissions, materials, or Content in any forum or media, and by any technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such Content.

Hays, his agents, employees or persons granted express authorization. However, Scott R. Hays reserves the right to, and shall periodically monitor the Site and move any Content he deems inappropriate, obscene, offensive, abusive, salacious or violative of any other person’s proprietary or property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, at his sole and absolute discretion. However, the failure to remove any such Content by Scott R.
